Review Of Kokila Resort and Restaurant

Hotel property was decent and had a big size lawn and good parking space. Rooms were decent sized and room service was great. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and well maintained. You can order food from the room with the menu provided and the food had great taste. Overall the experience was good.

Television not working. Dirty room with unclean bedsheets. Experience was terrible

Room was decent but we opted room break fast, but there is no arrangements for breakfast in morning, which is unexpected

We arrived at night. Reception was quick to get us the room. There was hot water and we were delighted to see bath tub. But the shower wasn't working well so, we used hot water in bucket instead. Bed was comfortable and both dinner and breakfast were good. I loved their outdoor dinning area. There are many mango trees around and they had some fire wood next to our table which was good. Limited options in breakfast. When we enquired twice, the staff tried to taunt us saying that we dont keep pizza burger in resorts, which was very bad. Staff should be trained to be polite.

It was a business stay of mine And my stay was average. The room was clean And the hotel was safe And secured. It was Worth for money stay And breakfast quality of them can be improved.

The location of the hotel was good, though it was a little bit far away from the railway Station. I didn't take breakfast from them because I checked out early from there. The room which I stayed in was good. The hotel was safe And secure as there were security guards. It was a Solo trip of mine And it was a value for money stay.

I pay and they allot room, size is 10 x 8, not comfortable bed, not good room and service are poor. I didn't expect this quality.
