Good location… service staff is polite and helpful … booking and checking in was also smooth … only negative is no windows …

location is near to bus stand their is no option for restaurant service is average. they allow me 11 am check in.

AC was not working and there was foul smell in one of the 2 rooms booked. Both the rooms lack hygiene.

Checkin and checkout was hassle free, rooms are good at the price however cockroaches found inside the room and in bed, though the staff at reception was kind enough to change the room, jet spray was not working properly and the commode was also fixed properly, chances of people meeting with an accident. Food was delicious and excellent. Car parking is outside the hotel beside the road. Overall an okay experience.

Location is great but room had many cockroaches which was disgusting. Check the room before staying. Rest room service and hospitality is great.

Very pleasant stay for emergency stay snd that to during time of Kumbh where all hotels were booked..n they have provided us room on short notice..

The first room had a lot of cockroaches inside the room and on beds, pillows etc, but later upon request, the staff at reception were polite and got us to change the room. The toilet commode was broken and seems it was not installed properly, very dangerous, shower water had a very thin flow as it was not maintained, same with toilet jet spray. Ac remote was not functioning properly. Parking is at the roadside but in front of the hotel. It was a okayish experience. Not recommended for family.

Room was not ready. Initially flush was not working. Then we had to change room. Even in this room wc seat was broken.
