Review Of KAUSTHUBHA RESIDENCY

The hotel was courteous. But need improvement on breakfast serving in office season. Also, if the room is pre-booked with full non-refundable comoleted payment, then the room should be kept ready to use. I had to follow up for 2hrs and i received my extra mattresses too late after 11:00 pm. I was tired and in dire need of sleep after 10 hours of long drive. The room service was forgetting to keep 3 towels and 3 water bottles. As soon as we reach home, i had to ask for third towel and water bottle. The tv didn't work initially, then they started it next day after complaint to mmtp, but there was no channels and was showing recharge message. There was no wifi in hotel so we can't watch netflix on mobile or share large photos and videos of our trip to our desperate family members.

Wifi is not working and also tv is not working in the room.

Sir. Room was not allotted. No information about our arrival in the reception counter. Very bad service. No break fast in the referred hotel. Hence. Pl refund the amount.

Awesome experience and helping nature staff. Very minimum price and maximum benifit. Udupi is krishna nagar and this city is beautiful

Room service was not so good. No net work connection there. It is in national highway. No restaurant nearby. Otherwise it is ok.
