Review Of Kasol Camps | Huts & Cottages

I recently stayed at the kasol camps and had an amazing experience. The property had a mixed bag of reviews. So i was a little skeptical at the begining but after meeting rahul thakur manager at the property i was assured of the best service with his polite and friendly attitude. The services provided were excellent and all the staff members especially lucky in the service and prem food manager were really helpful in making my and my kids dinning experience really wonderful and memorable. I would like to give a special mention to their food. Its delicious! and fresh. Their live kitchen is right at the river front along with riverside restaurant seating where one can see the food being prepared fresh. Must try: coctails and mocktails from their freesoul bar. Must try food: israeli falafel and humus. Chicken schnitzel with salad. Everything is freshly prepared so wait is worthit. Their evening bonfire and live music arrangement was a surprise to which my family danced the whole time. Special mention to breakfast it's fresh and delicious! i highly recommend this camp! their wooden huts is ideal for family of 4 and swiss camps are spacious and good for a group of 4 or 5 adults. I will surely visit again! thanks to kasol camp team!

Cottages are comfortable, leisure area and food court / restaurant location is so mesmerizing. It juz lights up at night with music. Breakfast service and other amenities can be improved. But overall must try place to be at if u are travel-ling to manikeran/kasol area

Bathroom in Kasol Camps was dirty when we arrived and flush was not working.When we complained to only cleaned commod but didn't work on flush.Linen pillow, cover all were dirty morning they did not provide hot water to take bath.

The stay is very comfortable and the staff is very polite. The river side view was great and had a great happy new year. Thank you for the great experience

They have no geyser in the washroom, towels were not so clean. Only food and location is ok rest rooms are even not proper cleaned.

The condition of the washroom was pathetic. The flush in the washroom was not working. Their room service was also pathetic. No intercom service provided. In the breakfast no spoon and fork was available. They had very less option in the meal and in that also they lacked what they had given. For toasting breads there was no bell boy available. The towel that they gave was used and not cleaned.

The experience was great. The property is riverside and they have a very good bar and restaurant. Would recommend the same.

The place is good and the ambience was excellent, the location is awesome, the food served is of good taste, the receptionist was also of a very welcoming nature, the tents were also very clean and spacious. Now for the bitter part, our washroom was clean but the flush was not working, we called the staff and it was fixed but after sometime it again broke, the service was bit slow and we had to reach the reception every-time we had an issue, also we asked for normal water which was served to us in a bottle smelling of fuel. The breakfast was planned for 8 but did not start before 9:15 and not much variety was offered in buffet.

Food and ambience is good. Only cafe is riverside which we were not able to experience as the river has got diverted and flowing at a distance. You do-not have river view from the cottages. Rooms are poorly maintained with fungus in the mattress. We had terrible experience as the owner got drunk at night and was approaching groups with females. On stopping he started abusing and shouting slangs. Almost every group staying there had a fight with him to the verge of calling cops. Wont recommend the property if staying with family or females in the group. Highly overpriced.

Not everything is maintained Even your portable speaker is not allowed in your tents

Property was really nice but is over-expensive. Staff and rooms are good. River was not seen so clear as was undergoing construction

We stayed one night and the same night when we just once requested for wood for camp fire they denied it later the same night the owner mr pankaj came drunk and high started to yell at us behaved very rudely including abusive words. And they also charged us atlas t with too much high cost breakfast with service charges which were all hidden

Nice ambience, services was too good. Allow us to sit in the cafe till the bus time even after checkout. The staff was so polite. The food was a little bit expensive but it tasted good and was hygienic. Overall good camp for night stay. Dj night aalo was good. View from bar is so beautiful. Bed heater is best part for night sleep.

Overrated. Price was so high in comparison to their facilities. There were no hot water even in january minus degree temperature. Electricity cut was another issue. Bathroom flush box was broken. The only best part is the location and surroundings and bar for party lovers.

Horrible no water no proper food no geyser. Servicing was very bad. Disappointed. Water not came. Food was also bad

There was no drinking water, basic amenities, hot water shower, also electricity was not available between one hour, tried reaching hotel staff since 4am and there was no employees around hotel till 9am

Nice place with good view. Well decorated. Rooms are good. Only thing is washroom latches are broken. The staff is good but you will face issues if you want something in the morning as they wake up late.
