good staff & well maintained property & nice food quality in entire manali, nice location & near to mall road, mata hadima temple is on walking distance

Tap was not working....there was no water in the taps...flush was not working...the water was discoloured in the taps...we didn’t took bath

Excellent stay, very helping staff, excellent food, its just i have to pay extra for room heater and also room heater only one rod was there. Rest it was awesome

Please don't go by the cover photo. Either photo is very old or edited. The hotel is surrounded by many small hotels or houses in all directions with a restricted nature view. The hotel is around 700 meters uphill to mall road. No pick-drop facility available. Poor hospitality & service. Welcome drinks not offered the extra quilt provided is shabby, with stains, and moist smell with no cover. The moment you enter the room a pungent moist smells chokes your breathe which persist after room freshener spray. No dental kit. Toilet seat cover broken and very uncomfortable. Limited toiletries with basic amenities. Food 3. 0/5. 0 breakfast 2. 0/5. 0 with very limited options. Staff is chasing behind to vacate room before 12:00. Overall experience- 2. 0/5

Poor rooms and bathrooms. Showers not working in bathrooms. Tasteless food and poor room service. No ethics of hospitality at reception staff.

We had a wonderful time at hotel kanishka, manali. Food is good. Room service top notch and hotel is quite near to mall road. Definitely recommended.

Very nice hotel ! allowed early check in as early morning arrival in cold condition ! nice staff, very clean rooms, no bugs in bed, linens changed on request ! excellent experience of stay ! little costly but as per price ok service!

To be honest the property is very good and the ambience is also awesome and food quality is also very good but one thing is that they should provide basic things, like dental kit etc. But overall it was a great experience

Reached manly at 4. 30am by hrtc volvo bus from shimla. Hotel allowed early check in. Visited sis u valley and found snow.

The stay at hotel is good and food is also nice. The only concern is that the space in duplex room is not good. It would be better to book single room instead of duplex room.

Car parking space is too small. At a time only 12 cars can be accommodated against 42 rooms.

Hotel room was good room service was excellent food was outstanding little problem with parking space. Next time i will not book anything from mmt
