The room was rather small and switches and all were not working properly. Even the bedding was not clean and was smelling.

nice and quiet place to relax. good food quality nature covered.

Rooms are bad and stinky , no hot water facility in the facility , we should not say it resort it’s a hostel

Hotel staff and service are very good. Hotel room are looks quite expensive in terms of space but all the facilities are available which should be in a decent room. Activities like water park and adventure park is kind of ok. I would like to rate it so and so but you should visit at once with family and friends.

Commode was not working prprly no room amenities like good night shampoo soap no tv recharge

Food quality was not so good. Rooms were not clean. Services were below expectations.

The rooms did not have any heating provision and the temperature was very low and uncomfortable. The intercom was of bad quality and poorly managed. There was no running hot water in the rooms in peak winter had to manage with 2 buckets of hot water in peak winter. All in all a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Will never go again.

Resort is located at peaceful area away from city and road traffic. Staff was good and cooperative. Every food item was prepared properly and good in taste but rates of every food item are much higher almost thrice. Lights in cottage are very dim. And poll needs to be more clean. Overall good place to stay and activities to enjoy your trip along with kids.

Unprofessionally managed, poorly maintained, food not up to mark, small rooms with least amenities. Overall not worth according to tariff charged far away from city so no option to eat outside even. . Bad experience

Located in lush green fields of Punjab Border. Nirvana Provides the natural landscape view and perfect place to rejuvenate yourself. One must visit the resort to enjoy the tranquil environment.

Nice stay. But rooms were not so good.

The place is good but is very poorly maintained. Mirrors are broken, poor lighting in the bathroom/room. Intercom not working. The tv cable not working. Front office staff is very average, though the staff in the cafeteria is better.

Overall not so clean and hygiene was compromised.
