Beautiful property (with a golf course and a lake within the premises), courteous staff, delicious food. Highly recommended

Stay was pretty good, beautiful property and the best part its pet friendly. The rooms are designed keeping pet needs in mind. Staff was polite and helpful. The only thing that can really improve is the food. Pretty average.

Great location, beautiful property and awesome swimming pool. Average dinner buffet and service, spa is overpriced and never visit on Friday’s or weekends. They cater to groups then and as individuals and families you’d be overlooked/inconvenienced. Special shout out yo Ebenizer, Athar, East restaurant, Vista bar, pool bar and staff

Mixed bag of experiences. Good - The EAST restaurant, Vista cafe, check in process, breakfast spread, overall service and courtesy, thanks for making my husband’s birthday wonderful. Property has a temperature controlled pool which is excellent. Ather and Amit were awesome. Not so good: Guest services team that answer room calls, they are terrible and most often not even available. Our signature suite had a faulty AC and a faulty bathroom door. Took ages to solve this issue, unpardonable for a high end property like this. Aviary, their Multi cuisine restaurant focuses only on group guests and not individuals. They won’t even give you a corner table because the best areas are reserved for ‘large groups’. Also, huge teams from IT companies descend here for their ‘outings’. This peaceful place becomes a fish market. And they are allotted the lawns next to the pool, which means a dozen men with their backpacks ogle you as you relax by the pool in a swimsuit while women from the same group hover around you taking selfies. It’s awful if you spend 40k a night to be in such a situation.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical — the ambience was luxurious yet close to nature, offering the perfect blend of comfort and scenic beauty. 🌄✨ The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of flavors that satisfied every palate. The staff gesture and support made us feel truly welcomed and cared for — every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. Our little one, Shreyas, had an amazing time too! From the warm greetings and special treats to all the open spaces to explore, he was smiling and having fun the whole time. 👶💛 This getaway was just what we needed — relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely memorable. A huge thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making this birthday celebration so wonderful. Highly recommend it for special occasions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was delicious , and the rooms had some issues related to the wooden floor and bathroom door ,but it's a beautiful property, too crowded , and did not get slot for spa .

Food was extremely good. Salon/Spa must try. Overall great property. Some of the buggy drivers need to be seriously trained, there was an incident where I was denied a ride, could be a selective racism, not that I give a flying but it was funny for me and my wife how some of them try hard to demean just because they are localites, don’t know what was wrong with the dude, mixed feelings about the hotel superiors though how they handle or recruit such people , God knows.

Overall a beautiful place to live - they've got all major checkboxes ticked. For me there were 2 things which didn't go well - calling room service was a pain, and check-in was painful. Rest all was fine. East is the best place to eat at the property - loved it. Aleeshan is not that great. The prices on the higher side assuming it's one of the biggest property. Aviary breakfast was just out of the world - really amazing spread and taste. Loved it. Overall a good anniversary stay for me.

The stay at JW Marriot Prestige Golfshire was truly memorable. The service staff at the hotel went out of their way to provide a personalized experience, with each of your needs taken care of. The location was outstanding surrounded by all the greens, and very pleasant weather moved this up by couple of notches more. This was a serene experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not being too far away from the main city as well. Food was great of course, with a very extravagant spread in both breakfast and dinner. A truly memorable stay indeed..!

We were there for a special occasion. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had a great experience they made her day so special. The hospitality is amazing and we loved every second of it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The property is lavish and very picturesque. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Dinner and Breakfast buffet spreads are very good

The property is equipped to handle a full house occupancy. Many things went wrong during our stay. 1. Almost 90 mins waiting time for room allotment. 2. Not provided with Hill view room although Make My Trip booking shows the same. 3. One of the room lock was faulty. 4. Coffee machine was provided in only one of the rooms. 5. Service was horrible. 6. Room A/c stopped working & needed repair after midnight. 7. Restaurant was overcrowded during breakfast time with 20 mins waiting time to grab a table. In short it was an experience one doesn't want to pay for. Avoid weekend stays in the property.

Great property but the place was overcrowded for the weekend. The buffet spread was huge but the taste was pretty average - mainly because a lot of the food was cold. The breakfast was overly crowded. We had to wait for a table. A lot of amenities to spend a weekend. Service and food quality can improve.

The location was great, felt nice to stay along with nature! Food was great, especially the dinner and Alisha. Only drawback was there was less things to do at the hotel but it’s enough for a one day stay. We miss the fish spa!!
