Review Of Jungle Valley Homestay |Plantation-view Rooms

The room we stayed in was very good. However, the room service was very poor. When we checked in on 01/09/2025, the caretaker gave us the room key and showed us the room. After that, they never came near our room again until we checked out on 04/09/2025. They did not even inquire if we needed room cleaning. When the bathroom door got locked, I tried calling the caretaker many times but they did not answer the phone. I first went directly and reported the lock issue, but no one came to fix it. After reporting it a second time, one of the staff members finally came and fixed it for us. Regarding the property's appearance, the pictures shown for the home stay are very old. While the inside of the room is very good, the exterior does not look as beautiful or appealing as shown in the pictures. In short: Great room, but extremely disappointing and unresponsive service.

Rooms is good, but no restaurant. U have to go out or swiggy for food. Costly for the facilities many options at this price

Very well maintained property, full of greenery, rooms are big and spacious. The best part is it's not so far from the heart of the city yet it's covered by lush green jungle. Loved the property and will visit again here in future.

Property is in good location but there is no plantation view as mentioned. Food has to improve

Other occupants at the property were playing loud music till late night 2:00 am and owner didn't do anything on raising this concern. If you want to feel safe and going for relaxing then better avoid this place. I went their to enjoy and relax and my intent was not to save money so i declined that and asked then to take action against owner/property. I don't know what they did but definitely my one night time was screwed.

Location is good n excellent view apart from that service is worst you don’t get anything here need to wait for long time and food wise also need to be more better overall not worth the money i paid to this stay

As a solo traveller i was very hesitant and particular about the property but as soon as i met the property manager and the care taker i felt at ease. A bunch of friendly and very accommodative people and they also allowed an early check in the property has wonderful ambience and you will love the scenery and the location. It’s away from the city but also very close to the mulliyangiri check post so you can see the beautiful hills from the property. I would highly recommend this place for solo women travellers.
