Review Of Jhansi Castle Inn

रूम बहुत छोटा था और बुकिंग के टाइम जो रूम दिखाया गया था वो रूम नही था साफ सफाई भी ठीक नही थी बाथरूम भी छोटा था

At our stay at jhansi castle inn. Due to mustake of mm t we had provided single occupancy room against our booking of 2 adult 1 child occupied room. When we talk to mm t. Executive told to pay extra at hotel and we also wait for 1. 5 hr for check in and all this procedure this is unprofessional behaviour. If there we have to wait for 1. 5 he after reaching hotel and also pay extra. What the mean of booking at mm t and what the mean of your taglines. I felt cheated by mmt so this is my last booking with mm t and in future i have never preferred or suggest any one to mmt i also give negative remark on every platform where i can give for my inconvenience

This is a new property and room is spacious and budget friendly.

They didn't gave me a towel i asked for 2-3 times but they didn't give lift not working i found the property online but service no good

Nice place to stay but rooms are too small for single occupancy. Need to improve it and rest all is ok

So cooperative staff, i reached at 12. 30 am for check in, even owner talk & upgrade the room cause our members are three to stay. Thanks a lot hotelier

The room was too small. The bathroom and washroom were so close to the bed. The washroom was so small that if someone wanted to take a shower, they had to stand on the toilet seat. The drinking water they provided was tap water in a used bisleri bottle. The blanket and towel were completely dirty and used.

it's the smallest room I've ever seen by mmt. its 12×12 room inclusive of washroom.. temporary washroom were installed in bedroom, that was so uncomfortable... LIFT was not working, WATER BOTTLE i got was a used bottle filled with tap water, towel and blanket are so dirty to use.. overall i never prefer to stay in this kind of hotel again...

He has asked me additional amount to provide me room. There are no meaning to book through mmt, taken rs. 250 extra for ac room
