Review Of JB HOTEL AND RESORT

I had a very unpleasant experience at JB Hotel in Lohaghat and would not recommend this place to others. The overall quality of service was extremely poor, and the staff behavior was surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Basic hospitality was missing throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired — the space was dusty and clearly not properly maintained. Worse still, none of the bathroom taps were working, and there was a constant issue of water shortage, which made it very difficult to manage even basic hygiene. While the food quality was acceptable, it was the only redeeming factor in an otherwise disappointing stay. For the price being charged, one would expect at least the basic amenities and decent service, both of which were severely lacking here. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the standards. Until then, I would advise travelers to consider alternate options.

My stay started from 12th June to 16th June at JB hotel this was the worst hotel experience I had ever. We were about 14 adults including children the staff's behaviour and communication was extremely terrible, rude and indecent. there were severe washroom, hand shower broken, tasteless food, no mirror in the room, dirty bedsheets, no housekeeping facilities, no moping dusting in the rooms during the whole stay etc. My money got wasted in this hotel. there was a water issue every time. please don't book JB hotel lohaghat it is one of the worst hotel. Especially the owner ladies have next level arrogance and attitude.

The hotel is perfect with perfect location, have a ice view and terrace. Food is also good. Easily accessible.

Nice property with all basic amenities and good service provided by hotel staff. Rating from my end will be as below room - 4 star location - 4 star food and service - 4 star hotel staff - 5 star the service was very good and fast.

No blanket room was child but blanket is very bad

Hotel and host mr bhandari ji is a nice person but no restaurant price of hotel in mmt is very less but hotelier asking for more so i make booking with mmt
