Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel JJ Regency, Manali, which was booked through your platform for the dates 5th June to 8th June.
I was traveling with my family, along with another accompanying family — both bookings were made under the same ID. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the condition of the hotel rooms to be very poor. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and clean bedsheets were not provided. The blankets and bedsheets were unhygienic and emitted a foul odor, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay.
Moreover, the behavior of the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, which caused both families a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to change our hotel a day earlier than planned.
This experience was far below the standards we expect from properties listed on MakeMyTrip and caused considerable disruption to our trip.
I request that you investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the property. I would also appreciate a partial refund for the unused night (7th to 8th June), as our early departure was due entirely to the hotel’s unacceptable condition.
