Review Of ILIF 2707 BAY WATCH VILLA SEA SIDE ELEGANCE

The rooms are not very clean and the bathroom is very outdated. Even the flush was not working properly. There is a good parking space at the property but the same is at a little distance from rooms. But the worst part is that, you have to carry your own luggage and you cannot take your car near rooms. The only good part about this place is proximity to the beach.

Worst stay experience... Unhygenic rooms...poor interior, every thing was very old. Make my trip mentioned they have restaurant/kitchen...this facility was available... unpleasant experience with only 1staff, As soon as we reached at property their was no reception their was a person sitting with one small table who was managing whole property. 1. Unhygienic rooms 2. No food no restaurant 3. No amenities not even wifi was given 4. Deluxe rooms were surprising with nothing in it. Bad condition room person was sitting next to your room or front of the room so no privacy. Gysor was not working. Deluxe room in bad shape. even door of room needed much efforts to close and old school lock was provided to lock the room...

property is amazing... swimmkng pool, garden area, private beach entry.... i could not try food as kitchen was under renovation....overall good experience

Good stay budget property and the service on top no Complaints’s at all the private beach entry was top notch

Average room which is expensive. There was no chair or table in the room.
