All over experience was very good the bed was clean and room were also very good good place for family

Very nice hotel in jispa, location was very good and view from room was nice, stay was very good.

location perfect comfortable beds and all the basic amanities. room was lack only in balcony .rooms does not have balcony . beds and bathroom was clean and hot and cold water was available. food was also good

Only advantage of this hotel is its location which is on the leh manali highway. However the price of rooms and food is much higher than the services provided in similar hotels in other locations. No wifi in hotel, no kettle in rooms are some of the basic amenities missing in the property. Some staff delivering food did not even mention that they delivered half the order.

Stay was nice but it seems like a transit hotel for people going to leh. Rooms are nice but sheets nd covers are not cleaned regularly. Plus i found the food served there very average.

Not value for money, can't stay outside after 11pm onwards. But appreciable for their concern as i was out at camp site qnd they called to check upon me weather i'm safe or not.

Good staff and very good. Since I had booked this on make my trip and I didn't have the print out and there was no network but still they gave me the room

Also food is not good. No one is here for the call.
