First of all at entry no one is there to deal with us. Secondly for food we got chapatti as its of plastic difficult to chew.

Good hotel. Food is very good. Rooms are also good. Staffs are very friendly.

The stay was pleasant with good service. Rooms were clean and neat, though not luxurious, which is expected for such a location. The hotel staff was helpful, contributing to an overall nice experience.

The property is at very nice location. Inspite of that they have not renovate the rooms as per current average standards. Rooms are very standard. Not as par with the price. I stayed at this property first time in the year 2010 and still its same. No wifi, room service etc.

Very good location-on the main road, opp scenic spot, big rooms, adequate bedding, good food and helpful staff.

The stay was comfortable. Location of the hotel is good i. E. On the leh manali highway therefore it could be a hotel of choice for people preferring to stay midway.

The stay in hotel was good but the few things we noticed was that water heater not heating properly, there is no lift in the hotel so for 3rd floor room it is difficult to reach as there is some oxygen deficiency are their. Food is ok of course up i is mostly not working as only jio is working and hotel is also not taking and no card payment so arranged your trip accordingly. Thanks

It’s at a lovely location. Food is really good and service is amazing. This is a kind of old property and room are kinda basic but spacious.

Clean rooms, excellent food and the staff is super courteous. Ideal for people traveling from manali to leh, a good hotel to stop and take a day's rest while getting acclimatized.

Food was mostly north indian but very good, travel groups got better service than us, clean rooms, good for a night stopover

Room was clean and washroom was good. Washroom had geyser and hot water was ample. Hotel is easily locatable and staff is polite and helpful. Food was nice.

As per jispa standard hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean, bathroom was clean with gyser, food quality was very good and staff was very nice. Location and car parking is also good

Comfortable stay, location on the main highway & gr 8 hospitality. Perfect hygiene.

1. Location - ultimate massive mountain and river view 2. Food - delicious buffet dinner and breakfast with several options. Yum yum snacks( must try - chilly potato ) 3. Staff - helpful, generous and courteous
