Review Of Hotel Vrindavan Regency

The lock of the main door was faulty. Toilet seat was broken. There was no late check out. There were flies and mosquitoes.

I had an overnight stay with family. Found hotel to be ok. Just opposite to railway station. Requires massive renovation. Had to get the linen etc changed though the changed ones were same as previous. Would recommend this only as a last option.

Room and every thing bad. Mm t need to remove this hotel from his panel. Dome

The white blanket cover and the bed sheets were very dirty and torn. Very cheap maintenance.

Room did not have proper lighting and ventilation. Staffs were also very rude and arrogant.

Neat and clean rooms near to railway station. Good at this price. Good economical hotel very near to railway station spacious and clean rooms overall nice hotel in this budget. Room service needs to be improve providing good adequate to room service boys.

Room interior was under construction. Bed lien was dirty.

Don't expect wifi at all and ongoing renovation work makes you feel staying in a Dharmshala. Rest OK to stay but not great.

Food is not good. Room is not price valuable.

Not so good not so bed, room services are too slow, food is OK, but in complimentary plan.
Moisture in the room and also smell was there, heavy noise of air-condition and other machines.

Lizard were there in the room and bathroom as well.

Very bad experiences I have realized in my life. Air conditioning is not good. Toilet tiles are broken and dirty bathroom. My room no. Is 406 and phone is not working I have complain so many times but no response to me. I have to go on 4th floor to 1st floor if I want any room service. They charge me1457rs. But it's all waste. I don't suggest anybody to book a room there.

Overall good experience. Great Hotel. But customer service of MMT is bad. Trying to use my wallet but could not redeem. Customer care did not responded, waited more than 15 min while calling thrice

Near rail station, this is a perfect Hotel for medium budget. You don't need any car to reach the hotel from rail station. This is just 50 Mt. From station. But bathroom has to be maintained. Room size is very big
