Very poor service and not supporting staff

Terrible stay. Water was not coming in bathroom. Staff was not professional. Had issue with reception. No personnel was present all the time.

The hotel location is good. Staff was there but bound by limitations. three person room booked, saying u have to take ground bed, no single single bed available. Lift to reach the 4th floor was pathetic. All the time we need to call upon staff to make it work. Breakfast is there but timings are odd, after 9 am, not suitable for professional work. Staff was rude, for everything needed to call room service 9, no one picks up. Seen one colleague to wait for a day long to get the bill Staff seems irresponsible for customers. After confirmation in advance, no option to go back. Hot water gets on after calling them only. Water was also not coming for a day. I recommend to look into matter for customer guidance in future. To name a few good things, on repetitive asking they does water coming, help to make lift work, supporting atitude by some staff.

I am loyal customer of make my trip for last 14 years but really i am disappointed and i only book this hotel on the reputation of make my trip but i am so disappointed for services of this hotel and i never demand refund for last 14years but i demand my 2414 rupees from make my trip because money doesn't matter for me but i am wasting my time in this hotel and this is my humble request to you pols refund my money back if make my trip doesn't refund my money i never trust on make my trip. They was asking for tip again and again and was rude in behaviour and arguing for the tipp too and room bedsheet are dirty with hair with smelly cusiona

Room quality is very gud in affordable cost and staff is very polite and humble

Really can't be level-led as a hotel. No proper entrance, difficulty in locating the entrance. No arrangement for food. Room sizes are ok but not well maintained. Totally unprofessional. It was not expected of make my trip to put up such hotels in your list. Have to be extra careful next time when booking hotels thru make my trip, app.
