Overall the hospitality, ambience was good even the consideration of the hotel staff or managers was appreciable. Food taste was good. Cleanliness was also appreciable.. Bit missing was only the channel of communication between staff members and also clarity of message between us and the hotel staff.

Poor Stay
The experience was poor specifically because the staff is rude. We requested early check in before booking and they agreed. We reached the hotel, they denied us early check in which is okay but the staff was so rude. Apart from that the rooms are clean and food is good

Best hotel.
Property location is close to Vishwanath Ji and other holy places. Hotels and rooms were nice. Hotel staff and management is the best. They try their best to accommodate the guests. Very polite and respectful. Parking available.

Nice location and good hotel
Well located and proximity to all important places. My preference was also my car parking which i got . Service though not very good but not bad . Hotel is new so some of the installation are malfunctioning.

no proper staff no one pick up the front desk
Very bad experience.. no proper food it’s like a some old complex .. over all not happy for the money we paid

Stay was average . TV channel was not recharged . Even after so many request TV didn't work. Room service was very average. Cleanliness was not so good. They have only one pick n drop cab so availability of cab also difficult to get.
