Review Of Hotel Vatika

On 31st July, I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this property. It appeared that the room had not been used or maintained for a long time — there was a strong, musty odor upon entering, and the corners of the room were sealed with visible dirt and grime. Shockingly, the bed was missing one leg and was propped up using bricks. The bedsheet and pillow covers were in terrible condition, emitting an unbearable smell that made it impossible for me to sleep. I ended up staying awake all night and checked out early the next morning. The washroom was equally unhygienic, with extremely poor water quality and overall filth. The staircase was littered with used water bottles, making the entire environment feel neglected and unsanitary. I’m genuinely surprised that a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip would list such a property. Experiences like this can severely damage customer trust and tarnish the credibility of the platform.

Rooms are congested and there is no space inside the room. Very very poor. Zero ratings. But the owner is very helpful
