Review Of HOTEL VASHI INN

This is 2nd time I stayed in this Hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. The location, in sector 17 is very good, walkable distance from Vashi Station. Good restaurants in nearby areas for Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most convenient place for business travelers.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vashi Inn for a short trip and would like to share my experience. The overall service at the hotel was quite good. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, which made the stay comfortable and smooth. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone seemed well-trained and eager to assist, which I really appreciated. However, when it comes to the rooms, I found them to be quite average. While they were generally clean and functional, the interiors felt outdated and lacked the fresh, modern feel that many travelers look for today. The furniture and decor could definitely use some upgrades to improve comfort and ambiance. Some basic improvements in lighting, bedding, and bathroom fixtures would go a long way in making the stay more enjoyable. Despite the room conditions, the hotel’s location and service make it a convenient and decent option for short stays or business trips. I truly hope that Hotel Vashi Inn considers updating their rooms in the near future, as that would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay thanks to the great service, and I would consider returning once the rooms are improved.

Very poor cleaning of room and bathroom. They even didn't provided any bathroom accessories neither changed even bedsheets. Not recommended for anyone.

The hotel was good ambience was good my only concern is service. Geyser was not working even after multiple calls to reception it did not resolve they keep telling me check karta hu at the end out of frustration we check out early

Bad was not clean and proper. Bed was very hard not good for sleep. Breakfast was disaster. Hotel not for corporate stay, it's only for couples. There is no available essential item i. E. Shampoo, shop, toothpaste, toothbrush, laundry bag.

No proper response from the hotel persons. You have given check in time at the time of booking but when we went there they were like 12 o clock check in there is no early check-in they were telling.

Room was good. But no toiletries provided other than handwash and a small piece of soap. Cockroach issues were there, and the AC had very low cooling. Since we required low cooling, it was okay for us. But might not be okay for any other guests. We needed early breakfast, before 8am, but it was kind of messy, because they provide breakfast in rooms and it starts only after 8.30am, and we even missed a day's breakfast too, as they didn't provide us, which we were actually entitled to. Bed linens and towels were dirty and very old.

The hotel staff is not at all cooperative. We booked a double deluxe room for 3 guests & they gave us a normal room with single bed for 3 people saying that in there hotel policy 3 people are not allowed in one room but while booking they gave us option to choose no of guests

Upgraded to a deluxe suit, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was hot water. The room service is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Worth visiting
