Review Of HOTEL URBAN RESIDENCY

Stay was good. Location is awesome just 100 m away from Prayagraj station. It could have been better as they have mentioned guaranteed late checkout but there was a charge of 500 taken to extend the stay till 3 pm i think this could have been waived off if someone is staying for 2 days. Rest everything was nice washroom was very clean and rooms were nice also the food was amazing

Staff is very good & supportive. Facility is also very good. Nice experience. Every one can select this hotel.

The price of the room was to high; it was not worth 2500 INR; Food/ breakfast was cold and very poor; the amenities & services was very poor. Don't book this hotel; it is abusing people with false information only to get money out of their pocket. The owner shoud ashamed to asked this kind of prices for such a poor and small room; all the infomation about the hotel mentioned was not thrue.

1.Hotel's dormitory room was not good 2. No provision to avoid mosquitos . 3 . Staff was non co operative

The arrangements were very ordinary whereas the tarrif was very high. The staff was highly non-cooperative. Food was okay. The staff did not guide us properly inspite of being local residents. The dormitory room did not have even basic amenities such has hangers for clothes.

Property location is very near to Prayagraj Junction. Newly built. Clean Rooms. Small restaurant. Service is good. Co - operative staff. Rates are much higher than it's facilities both for accommodation and restaurant . Rooms are not big enough. we stayed during Kumbh hence the charges were exorbitant. Worth @ ₹3500 / day

As per basic amenity for dormitory booking, following things were not provided. (1) A/C facility in dormitory (2) Locker facility (3) Mobile charging facility for each bed (4) Chair for each individual (5) Complementary mineral water (6) Dustbin (7) Privacy NB : The washroom provided for the dormitory was used by all hotel employees as well as the restaurant visitors.They were just looting the pilgrims in the name of MAHAKUMBH .

It's is very bad experience with me bed infront of bathroom. No fan facilities no mosquito remove facilities.

This hotel which shows the picture of the rooms and gives the booking of the dormitory without sharing pictures of the dormitory. The dormitory which they claimed is nothing but an extension of their restaurant separated by a thin curtain. Washrooms are commonly used by the people who come to eat in the restaurant, people keep flocking till 12 midnight to use the wash basin. No fan, no airconditioner, horrible place to stay. We checked out the day before. I don't want any discount,

Not justified the price of dormitory

No locker facility and no safety for luggage, rude staff.

Hotel is very close to platform 1, prayagraj raj railway station and hotel is clean & staff are very supportive

Located at a very convenient place. Staff very cooperative. Personalized care and mopping of the area for guests allotted dormitory needs improvement.

Finding out hotel was bit difficult, may be crowded due to current kumbhmela rush on road, we missed to locate it. On positive note-front desk (reception) ms era m & mr shukla were very cordial and answered all our queries. Basic amenities are there. Hot water was always available. Booked 2 rooms, one was very small including bathroom. Food service was good. What needs improvement-bit more cleanliness & housekeeping, improvement on quality of food.
