Review Of Hotel Tokyo Vihar

We checked in the early morning at 3 am. And the room condition was pathetic. As per the picture of the room booked, the room given to us was different and told by the owner that this is the only room he can give us. Bedsheets and blankets were not set. We couldn't find the staff so had to do it ourselves.

Great place to stay, nice food great environment. Service is good. Proper clean

The hotel is under renovation and with lot of issues related to service. Bathrooms have trouble with water supply. The kitchen is in operational. Rooms are just okay types and very small. Not a pleasant stay.

Location and service was good but restaurant was not in operation.
Telephone, TV, restaurant not working.

The hotel is terrible. Even the staff is not cooperative. No food, nothing. Not recommended.

I completely enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The place is extremely well kept, has a cozy atmosphere and is very very clean. The location is quiet and peaceful with easy access to transport and immediate access to the sites. The staff is really wonderful and go out of their way to ensure you a good and happy stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to those who want quality service for their money.

This hotel is better to stay with family. Cleanliness is good and behavior of staffs are also nice.

Overall everything was fine and nice staying.

Staff and services were good. Room and fixture have plenty to improve. Yet this in one of the best find in Bodhgaya. Hotel does not have facilities even at par with metro or tourist destination. City is nowhere close to a tourist spot.

Hotel location is far away from the main city, although the staff at reception has so many queries regarding couples. Although the entry has allowed after so much verification .. Room was not available as per the team if TV. And force to book by other social sites than MMT. Also while booking there is not clear cut instructions on MMT that couples are welcomed or not and v have booked the room. And thereafter so much queries from reception. It should be make easier and comfortable

Good experience, room location is also good. Everything is near by all temple. It's very convenient visit again as soon as possible thanks for the make my trip.. Make my trip give you very good facilities.

One hotel where one should never check inn .. Management is cheap. House full of frauds. My parents had visited the hotel .. Being Sr. Citizens I had requested hotel to help them with something required. Must admit hotel tortured all 3 Sr. Citizens like anything. To start with a. C was not working when complained they asked to leave the hotel. Know not what made them revert in such cheap manner. Ultimately after3 hours of stay my parents and uncle left the hotel and moved to another hotel. Complain

The hotel says that's 3 star category hotel but I feel that's a road chhap hotel because of thare receptionis ( Mr. As he tell there name say he is the manager of this hotel is totally Vargas and miss behavior with seniors citizens couple. I complained but not done any action by hotelier. Sam on this hotel and there staff. Again and again.

Good hotel near to the main temple (10 mins of walkable distance from the hotel) and surrounding places of interest are also very close by within walkable distance. Breakfast is good with very limited options and can be improved upon. Frequent power failures and wi-fi is not working.

Good place for stay. It needs a bit upgrade in facilities. Restaurant facilities have to be improved. Since the place is of tourist attraction more cosmopolitan customers will come, it is better to give facilities where customers from all over the country are satisfied.

I am very much thankful to Makemytrip. Com for including this hotel in the search. It's value for money. Rooms are kept well and the staff - both front office and the room service are very good and made everything possible to make my stay comfortable. Location is also good as all temples including the Mahabodhi and 80ft statue of Lord Buddha are very close within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Thank you so much, MakeMyTrip. Com. It's an old hotel with old furnishing and a small CRT TV etc. Used old style cable connection which means only few channels. For 1100 bucks, it was worth it. Staff especially the manager was exceptionally sweet. Simple hotel located not too far away from all the main temples.

Clean and friendly staff. Near to all major Monastry. Walking distance from main Bodhi Temple. Big bathrooms and nice entrance lobby. Would love to spend time again with family. Just opposite Japanese Temple. Serene it is. I will rate it 5 star. :):):):)

This hotel is not so good. Cable TV with 30 channels, food is OK, phone intercom was not working. They have to improve quality in regard of service, food, free breakfast food quality and no one was available for bed tea.
