So Sorry for the inconvenience faced by you due to power fluctuation due to heavy rainfall. I checked with my staff they tried trice but due to fluctuation 2 Ac get disturbed than they shifted you again to 3rd room & in that room Ac was perfect and was working on good condition. We will try you will not face the same problem again if we will get chance. Thank you sir

Very nice arrangements by Mr. Palash. He has been upfront on what is possible and what's not. Gave two adjacent rooms to us, as we requested. Very courteous.

Bad room given to us.

1. The room that was initially given to us was terrible. The room was stanching with the smell of insecticide as there was some pest control work that had been done recently. Upon communication of the same to the management, it came to light that *since the room was booked online, hence such a room was given to us which was not at all put to use for days. Hence the smell* also, the place was full of deceased pests which were not cleaned before we arrived. 2. The flush didn't work at all. We were forced to live with these conditions for 2 days where we could not even take our bath or do our daily work properly.

I was not happy with the stay at surya hotel

businessLift was not working, the first day, bathroom water heater was not working. They are charging rs. 70 for a bread omplet. Lot if improvement is needed.

Cost and cleanness

The cost of hotel is too high, I booked in for single occupancy, the bed was too short only, fully uncomfortable, bathroom was not perfect clean, and very small it was like a road side hotels, and food cost is also too high, one paratha.
