Review Of Hotel The Premium Villa Old Manali View

I was given a different hotel than the one that I selected. the room description was that it will come with a mountain view, there was a small balcony, complimentary drinks, air conditioning wifi etc. and the room provided to me had no fan, no balcony, they didn't provide the wifi password, pillow covers were dirty, bathroom was not at all clean, there was a distinct smell in the room which I somehow tolerated. they took my bike keys to move it in the parking lot and the bike fell, which they didn't report to me. something major could have gotten damaged and could have resulted in an accident. overall pathetic service.

Situated at a very beautiful place, view is awesome. We were 6 ppl sharing 2 room pretty big hall. Raj is very friendly. He allow us to early check-in. Pretty happy with the experience
