staff behavior is too rude . not supportive staff, food was not good. my side 1 rating not good

Good service and good location with cleanness. All stafs behaviour is also very good. Room size and atmosphere is also nice.

I was on an official trip and i was looking for a good hotel to stay in a small town like supaul. I found this hotel in mmt. I must say that it is a very good hotel. You will get almost all types of amenities that you can expect in a standard hotel in big town. Only thing i will say is that a person should inform about the billing process. If you need a day wise bill as per company eligibility, then you should inform at the time of checkin only.

I am stay here but not provided link e water this is basic requirements of customer. I am trying to connect with hotal owner but as per counter staf say" this is own rules" i am socked becoz water is complimentary for every hotel when your are checking hotal.

Good hotel with clean rooms & toilet. Near by to railway station. Room service available. Staff are courteous.

I was here for my exam everything was going good but the property owner seem to be rude and try to bend the rules. As i have booked my hotel with complimentary breakfast but the owner was charging the money. When i asked the make my trip they said owner will provide you the breakfast. But the owner try to delayed my breakfast as i was in hurry and told him earlier for providing me the breakfast. So in the end there are few people who think always small even though they stay in good hotel. So for mine the owner is kind of nee-ch person for me. So totally rate this property negatively because there is lack of professionalism of the owner.
