Hotel JMD International, Purnea

Stay was ok as I was staying solo. The mattress was very smaller in width than the bed and so much of bed was in open without any mattress over it, food is fine, too many power cuts. Else everything is ok.

I stayed there for a day and night. HOTEL is located opposite to the purnea bus adda. so location is awesome,Lunch and Dinner was ok ok at the hotel but breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff will serve u with a happy face. overall, it is nice to stay at this hotel

I had booked a hotel room in Purnia However, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room provided. The actual quality of the room is far below what was shown at the time of booking. The room is in a very bad condition — there are broken fixtures in multiple places, there is a foul smell inside the room, and the air conditioner is not functioning properly. Overall, it is a pathetic situation and highly unsatisfactory.

Value for money. Good Location near Bus stand. Good hotel staff behavior.

Room quality and staff service is excellent but wash room is also clean but water supply in washroom is very irritating and worst .

As per the price this property is offering really offering beyond facility. Rooms are relatively bigger and staffs are very polite.

Pathetic service, poor behaviour staff, Used stuff provided in room. Only answer for any service/facility- Nahi ho payega sir!! You can not demand even double tea/water bottle under complementary breakfast.

Hotel's room is osm ! staff behaviour is also good and friendly aur sbse bdi baat ye h bhai ki aap logo ko purnea me khi bhi jaane liye vehicle available h auto, e riskhaw just near bus stand

The room is spacious but all the tiles are broken, there's a dumpyard outside the window, the toiletries are bad, the food is bad and they were trying to give us one room even though we had booked 2 rooms.
