A very comfortable sta
The location was very close to nh 30 which i wanted. Room hygiene was top notch. The food is very good and very friendly staffs. Overall it was a very good experience.

coupleI had an incredible experience during my one-night stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, spacious room that awaited me. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

Good property but not so nice staff
familyProperty is good but staff behaviour varies widely. Security guard argued without any reason and asked me to park too far from gate while there was ample parking and many cars parked very close to the gate. We booked a club room which was suppose to have a seating area and sofa. But none of this was available in the room. Overall property is neat and clean but staff needs to improve attitude towards guests.

Great hotel in katni region

Enroute stay for a nigh
Hotel was selected purely by reviews. Location is very good for road travellers and for business purposes. Seemed a very popular place for functions weddings etc. Check-in was very streamlined. Safe and adequate parking place. Room was clean and nicely furnished. The tv was not working, which was settled by 1 hour. Seemed a local supplier issue. Food was nice and had variety. The main complaint would be about hot water supply. It was in trickle and just luke warm. The management could not sort out the issue. Finally, i was given buckets with hot water. Was totally unexpected for a hotel of that standard. I will stay there again if visiting katni. Only i hope they have sorted out the hot water supply issue for room

Nice stay
The reception needs to be more professional. If you are booking online they give you a weird look. The hotel is trying to use the technology with doorbell n all but i have found cockroaches moving around freely. Food was good. The restaurant staff is good. I can say overall stay was okay but management needs to maintain status. They are more concerned about the marriages rather than guests staying in hotel.

Terrible Stay
1. (1) no housekeeping in room in spite of request in morning till returned in night. (2) no water available in room being senior citizens unable to take medicines. (3) intercom was not working to call hotel staff and i have to come down to reception to get help. (2) tv was not working 4 times technician came finally declared tv is beyond repair and room can be changed in last night of stay. (3) there was no regret to customer for inconvenience. (4) hotel is made for marriage function & not for individuals guest. (5) i strongly suggest individual must not book this hotel for stay.

Average Stay
This used to be a great hotel and it has all the potential to be great yet it disappointed me this time. Staff behavior towards customers was unprofessional they would rather lie than to make customer stay more comfortable. Towels were old pillows were stinking.
