The property is clean though room could be better however the staff behaviour is too good .. will visit again

Hotel room was not clean also food service was average bathroom geyser was not properly working normally u can stay alone but not with family

Room and bathroom both are old and poor. No tv in one room, reception behaviour is not good. We have to wait 1. 15pm to check in.

Room and washroom are not properly cleaned. Ac room may not have gizzard also. And last but not least, please forget about using wifi.

Very bad service, over priced, dirty, poor staff training. Had a terrible stay, would advise staying in a lodge rather than wasting your money in this hotel, even drinking water is not complimentary.

Lots of amenities are not found in hotel which is mention it's wastage of money.

Overall good stay, swimming pool is very good but service is an issue which hotel management should look.

It was a average experience. The rooms were not so clean, furniture were broken. The balcony view was good.

Rooms are neat and clean and tidy. Staff is very cooperative. Swimmimg pool is another attraction point. Although there are a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was quite good.

I booked 2 a/c rooms for our family stay, but little did we know about the upcoming troubles our way. We had booked for 1 night (30mar24 - 31mar24) & we were given adjacent rooms next to a bunch of chapri bachelor guys who went only for booze and stuff. I requested many times to hotel stuff to look after this issue, as they started drinking from 7:30 & shouting, hooting in all the ugliest manners possible disrespecting everyone till 2:30 in the morning. Thankfully there was a thunderstorm & rains, thats when they stopped & we could rest for sometime. 1 star only for the pool & few hotel staffs.

The main mama tara temple is easily accessible by foot, the cuisine is of standard quality, all amenities are included as mentioned when making a reservation, and the personnel is polite and efficient. My observation of room 422 is favourable, based solely on my stay there.

The hotel was not clean enough and the wifi was horrible. The extra mattress that has been received was torn, thin and dirty. Complaining on the same it has been told to us to contact mm t and ask discuss, as extra mattress is not allowed for three people in one room, it is what they have provided us by themselves. I want to ask mmt, that i am paying a good extra pennies for that double bedroom to poorly adjust in one double bed? the food quality was good but the amount was incorrigible. Which means the price was too high.

Location is very prime, food was ok, rooms are also good. Best part is swimming pool area. Overall good experience.
