according to the terms and conditions as mentioned in booking, nothing has been provided. 1) geyser was absent 2) door lock of the bathroom was miss behaved 3) shower head was broken 4)No towels were provided initially (though one was given after many requests) 5) two water bottles were given ( charged) complementary water was not given 6) Glass ,cups were not given 7) property is not suitable for family ( disturbed by drunker through out the night)
