Terrible Stay

Most third class service when we are entering the hotel they are showing the third class room which not even shown on make my trip picture also we booked ac room but they are offering non ac room then we have to cancel the make my trip booking then we have to pay extra hotel room charges to stay there very much bitter experience Third class service we have to cancel the make my trip booking and payment extra to book the room
