I booked AC rooms while I got non AC rooms. Also, there was no breakfast provided though I paid for it. The rooms condition was pathetic with most lights not working. Overall experience was very bad.

Pathetic experience
They are denied to give room, after so many fight and argument they provide one ac and one non ac room as we already booked two ac room, there is no room service. Cookridge and bee in the room. It was just a horrible experience to us.

It has been great staying over here. The staffs are well behaved. All the amenities are available as mentioned. Neatly maintained

Horrible stay never want to go back this hote
They automatically downgrade our room into a non ac room, but we booked a ac room, foods also horrible

Disgusting
Its a suck a poor hospitality and services. I booked hotel with ac room but hotelier directly said you cannot get the ac room, and there is no lock on bathroom nor the main door. Dirty towel as-well as dirty bed sheet and pillow cover. And the service is so beautiful that you have to go down to the reception if you need something, because there is no intercom nor any other option. And i just tasted tea. Genuinely saying it was worst of all, i did-not order food. I stated on 3/5/22 me and my family was alone on that property. Based service bad location. There should-not be any rating.

Stay was good
Staffs are friendly but which room we got that is located in 5th floor and that is top most floor of that hotel, inside the room fan was not there and they didn't given ac remote so we have faced problem but rest everything was good. Food was good and reasonable price. Location also good

Terrible Stay
Very terrible and dirty hotel. Ac makes so much noise, and so much mosquito in the room, water falling in bath room, no tv cable connection, no room service

Nothing maintain g as they promised
The door is old models. Not maintain a lock with card of electric provision. Washroom door is totally worthless. Ac was not there.

Proper hygiene
The rooms need to be cleaner and the washrooms. Proper sanitization needs to be done.

Good For normal stay
Not at all expected that they will treat their customers like this.!!😠 Most important dont add breakfast meal while booking you will get lot better food outside. Stay was good room was clear fresh one thing that i like.
