location is good. very close to Somnath temple. you can see the garden of temple and Digvijay dwar from the room window. we did not taste the food. The bathroom door was jammed. it could not be open from inside. I got trapped inside the bathroom while my husband was away. horrible experience. they did not have any fire safety or emergency exit. in case of fire you have no option other than do die. lift goes only upto 2nd floor. you have clinb narrow and claustrophobic stairs to reach other floors

Absolutely pathetic hospitality- the price is disproportionately high and the rooms and the bed were stingy.

Stayed at this hotel and left disappointed. The room was pathetic, unclean and dirty from top to bottom. No basic amenities: no television, no Wi-Fi access, no toiletries, and no hot water. The cramped space, stained sheets, and musty odor made it impossible to rest or relax throughout the stay.

Worst hotel room i stayed in last 15-20, years.The room was totally unclean and walls had moisture leakages with bubbles on the wall, the washroom was quite unclean. The hotel did not even provide proper bedsheets, only Blankets to sleep for 4 guests, we had to be after them to provide some. Basically a 2 bed size room was converted to a 4 bed room. After repeated requests, was shifted to only a slightly bigger room but with same issues and same room condition. The AC went off in the night at 3 and and had to go down to bring up a service boy. Not even a soap provided in the room and towels were dirty. The AC went off after every 2 hours. Absolutely pathetic service from the hotel too, they just don't care. price was more as per room size and quality. room and bathroom was not clean and handle also broken

The rooms were decent in size with acceptable cleanliness, but the condition of the room walls were very bad. The staff was helpful but on the first day they gave regular water filled in Bisleri mineral water as *complementry", had to pay for proper bislery bottle & that too twice bcz the chilled one was also regular water instead of a sealed bisleri

The rooms were not clean. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Towels were wet like used. No wifi although it's mentioned in amenities on booking receipt. TV was not working. No water bottle provided which is normal in any hotels. You have to ask staff again and again for any support.

Location is BAD, No food-No high tea available,No Amenities ,No Dental Kit,No Hot water and also T.V is not working....Room Cleanliness is also not good. It is a Guest House not a Hotel.... It is a very bad Experience..... It is a Guest House not Hotel It has a very bad smell in the room. It has no amenities available there.

Plus Location is near Somnath temple, 7 mins walk to temple gate. Next to temple complex. Good AC. Continuous power Minus Bad bathroom with cheap dirty comode, sink and taps. Dirty smelly linen and curtain. Broken switches. Bed not flat. No chair to sit or place to keep luggage. No TV.

Rooms not worth the money that are being charged. No chair available in the room. Service very poor.

Hotel was good but faced issue from mmt support they didn't replied to my call and we had to switch hotel for 6 hours latel we came to this hotel. Overall hotel was good but make my trip customer support made it bad

The room is spacious enough is neat. But the washroom is not clean but manageable. location is very close and walkable to temple. Hotel Staff is helpful. Would recommend it for budget choices

Everything was good at the hotel just water is chargeable I think atleast 2 bottle of mineral water should provided free of cost per day

Property was good..location is near by Somanath temple. Staff is average and as mentioned in hotel details they didn’t provide services like Tv, housekeeping and Laundry/Towels. Overall we find it Average as per expectations.. Thanks😊

very bad response from the hotel staff. A parking facility is not available there. So I have paid twice for my car parking.

On arrival the hotel manager informed that room is not available because renovation is in progress. The room was booked 10 days in advance. He offered me room in other hotels and shifted me to another hotel at my cost. he should have informed me well in advance. The booking was done with full advance.
