Hotel Shivsadan

बहुत ही ख़राब होटल है, पानी पीने के लिये गिलास तक नही है. टाइम काटना बहुत कठिन रहा. मैंने आज तक इतना गन्दा होटल नही देखा.

Hotel was terrible, rooms were dirty and the staff was very arrogant. Not at all recommend. No amenities

The room was not clean; there was a spider web in the room, and the glass of the window was not clean. The staff was also non-cooperative.

Very bad ambiance not cleaned smell everywhere not maintained not like a three star hotel it’s very bad

no hot water in bath room no soap and toiletries or towels.room non ac and dirty.b3d not made ,no restaurant in premises.no tea and break fast.lazy attempts.all looking sad without smile.

होटल कि सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है तीन दिन मे एक बार भी कमरे कि सफाई नही की गयी तथा उनके कर्मचारी बहुत ही सुस्त है तथा हर बात पे झगड़ा करने के लिए तैयार रहते हैं

Good : - hotel staff - very near to temple bad : - hotel external area. - full of mohammedan people near a hindu pilgrimage. Could be safety issues. - no restaurant available at hotel.

Booked ac room but at venue dey hotel owner saying u have booked non ac room have to pay extra blaming us only

"I booked a 2-bed in 1 room package, but the hotel provided 1 bed and 1 mattress. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. Not what was promised. Poor service." I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Location of the hotel is excellent for Sri Somnath Jyotirlinga darshan. The staff was good & co-operative.

Poor cleanliness not worth the amount i paid the same room with a lesser price was available. Request to mm t to refund me 50%

Location wise it's very nice, staff were very cooperative, they help me for further planning my trip at somnath. Easy access to local market from hotel. Very nice experience

It was a terrible experience in hotel. There was so many cockroaches in every room. And room was not in good condition. So i not recommend to stay in this hotel in future. Only the best part was nearby the somnath temple and nothing else.

Bahot jada ganda hotel h itna ganda ki word's maim nhi btaya ja sakta h koi sunne wala nhi or bathroom etne gande h ki aap ek min nhi ruk sakte bhota bada dhoka kaur raha copul and family k leye hotel rukne layak bilkul nhi h

Pro very close from the temple, go out of the gate, walk right for 2 min, best for the morning visit and very short stay con: not good quality of room, leaking cistern and ac duct. No jet spray available. Good for a night stay.

Very good support staff. They were very considerate. Somnath mandir is very near. Overall it was a good experience.

Location is good but behavior of reception and other staff is not good. Very bad experience. No neat & clean

Wash basin tap was loosened. Attendant initially informed to bare with, however upon insisting, it was fixed through plumber. Soap, toiletries were not kept ready in room. It was provided later after asking. Cleaning requires more attention. There was no day light in corridor and corridor lights were off. There is opportunity for lots of improvement by training to attendants and awareness about basic amenities.
