osm room and hotel,staf bhi helpful hai, washroom bhi bahut badhiya hai,food bhi lajawab hai yaha ka,best hotal hai Somnath ka,ek bar aap bhi visit karke dekhiye..

Staff was not cooperative, delay in check-in of the room

room is good having all facilities . food quality of restaurant is nice breakfast very good...........

stinging washrooms . They gonna charge you for water also. stinging hotel. standard rooms are very very small in size undity rooms uncleaned washrooms no proper hot water supply

Hotel management were arrogant, the bedsheets were really dirty. Seepage in toilets

Bad experience. Not worth at all the price being charged. Need to keep clean and hygiene. Overpriced

Clean room. The staff was helpful. At the right location before the temple. I was with my family and we had no problem staying.

If you are not fussy about service and are able to adjust, then this hotel can be considered for stay in somnath. The service and amneties clearly have huge room for improvement. However, the location of the hotel (away from the smelly parts of the city) and its veg food makes up for it.

Room was not cleaned during my stay even reminded 2 times however food was very good, more improvement required in rooms

Excellent experience

I had a very bad experience. I was traveling with my family. When i reached the hotel in the evening and checked in the room, i saw that the bedsheet was very dirty but when i requested them they've changed the bed sheet. The tv was not working. Setup box was not recharged and despite my repeated requests. Overall not a good experience.

Good but somanath temple and railway station distance are long. So transportation rate is high. My suggestion is if you want to darshan in somnath temple you stay near by somnath temple.

Toilet was not clean. No bucket available for bath. Cold water serve for bath. Asked for bucket staff said people wash their clothes so we do not provided bucket. Bad quality of food they provided for breakfast.

Location is too long. Getting transport is difficult and costly. Break fast time is fixed. Supposed to be 0800h. But started at 0830.

Behaviour not good as well as not supportive

Except for the front ambience everything is terrible at this hotel. Totally unprofessional staff which is very rude. Tiny rooms with damaged phone, unclean toilets, broken taps, torn towels, torn bed sheets, lop sided spring mattress, they couldn't even provide hot water. All this for 4k per night. Even mm t paid lip service claiming to resolve the issues i raised. Overall worst experience of my life.

We were in two rooms. They provided torn linen in both rooms. It was cold season when we visited. They don't have hot water facility. They try to teach that normal tap water is hot water. Staff were very rude in all aspects. Flush of toilet was not operating in one room and light was not operating in another. We saw many guests were arguing with staff for one or the other issue. This is not a good place to stay.
