Hotel Shivam

It’s near to Somnath Temple and No amenities was there. Food services not available from them but you can take your stuffs from near Bhabha Restaurant with room delivery. For family it’s a nice place to stay with AC rooms off course.

The location of the hotel is good. But the main point is room condition is not up to the mark. another thing is that the clearness is not satisfactory.

no room services, no changing of bedsheets, no room cleaning. TV not working.

Not as expected. The stay was expensive compared to the service provided. Rooms were not clean,poor towels, and very untidy. Basic facilities were missing — the AC remote was not working, and even the intercom was not functional. Overall, very poor value for money.

It's good staff also very good cooperative prime location need to focus on cleaning only rest everything is okay

I can give a rating of two star to this hotel due to its all services of average category except the polite behavior of staff.

location wise it's good, just 2 mins walking distance from Somnath mandir.. Basic amenities were okk.. but property cleanliness was not up to the mark..

Very average hotel. Not clean. Bathrooms are atrocious. Dirty and stinking. Bathroom taps and shower not working properly. Bathroom mirror broken and dirty. No wiper provided in bathroom.

I recently stayed at [hotel name, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The check-in process was seamless, and they even accommodated my special requests without hesitation. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The attention to detail, from the complimentary toiletries to the well-stocked minibar, made the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site dining options were outstanding. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The restaurant staff were attentive and always served with a smile. The hotel's location was another highlight, conveniently situated near popular attractions and transportation. Despite being in the heart of the city, the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member i encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Very near to madir both new&old. Hotel management very helpful, courteous. We enjoyed ourstay. We were accommodated in the room on our arrival without waiting for check-in time of1100am. Exclent.

1. Property location is near temple but in extreme interior so it is difficult for suv to go upto hotel entrance 2. Room was big but in bad condition. Not properly cleaned and many switches were in broken condition. 3. Toilet was in horrible condition. Tiles not properly polished / cleaned. Very small toilet as compared to large room. 4. Reception staff was indifferent and not bothered about guests. 5. No exhaust in toilet and no intercom fir room service. One has go down to lobby every-time for room service. All in all, avoid staying in this hotel. Except room size, nothing was good.

Horrible rooms, no cleanliness and haunting broken furniture made stay a worst experience. Did not even got proper sleep since bed mats were not in shape and weren't aligned.

The location of hotel is near to the temple. Wi-fi was not working in the room. Also, mobile network (jio) was not there. Hot water was available

Basic hotel with minimum required facilities, but staff is friendly and helpful. Bonus point is that it is very close to somnath temple.

Hotel is near by temple. Only two minutes walking distance. Cleaning is almost good. In budget overall good hotel.

Pros: Hotel is at a stone throw away distance from the temple. Proper guidance regarding temple visit and other site seeing provided by the polite staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hot water available. Basic toiletries provided. Had a comfortable family stay with senior citizens and kids. No inhouse restaurant is available but a nice refreshing tea was provided at early morning. Many eateries are available nearby. Cons: Immediate pest control required as seen cockroach roaming in room.
