No Water in washroom, every time ask for water availability in washroom, TV Remote not working, room services not good

I was booked Premium room in the hotel which is second best room but there was no kettle, tea maker and toiletries provided by the hotel, hotel food is good. Overall stay rating can be gove is 3/5.

good and friendly staff. food was good. location was at the heart of the main city. the room was clean and it was cleaned once a day

Rooms need to be updated and to be more hygienic. Bed too hard. Bed need to be soft. No toiletries. Surprised !

Excellent hospitality

Not worth for what they charged. Suite seems only the name without any feature. Bed and other accessories were in bad condition. Service was poor. Parking was open and at risk.

Room was good but food costly and service is also not at par. They even not provided brakefast for us. We stay there for two days but in two days room was not clean and towel was not changed. They even not provided water in room.

Good staff. Nabami and Dasj hami. Good hotel. Well manages ípcoming crisis.

Hotel is good, room & location also good, but bathroom amenities not good, food is ok not good. Over all ok.

The room was clean, well maintained. Food quality was first class the room size was also decent. Suggestions: car parking area could be increased. Staff behaviour could have been a little better.

Parking space was not sufficient and very inconvenient to park even mid size suvs. Linens used on beds were not clean enough. A lot of stains and spots found on them. However, bathrooms were neat and up to the mark.

Rooms were clean and big in size. Food quality is good. Room service is very satisfactory. Only the location is quite far from massanjore dam.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff really helpful in assisting in all matters. Will recommend this hotel for business travel.

One the best options with good hospitality and overall best. They even dropped me to nearby place on request.

Dinner served was good. House keeping staff was very courteous. However we found that the Hotel having spent so much money on upkeep and furnishings, the Hotel reception or house keeping staff refused to provide toilet roll. The toilet did not have toilet roll holder
