Review Of Hotel Surya

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

No hot water when required. No car parking No wifi Not able to see the required channels on TV. Lot of dust as construction is going on in same floor.

Location is very nice, near to highway, restaurants nearby. Lodge is currently going through renovation, therefore experience can be hit or a miss. I got whatever i paid for.

Location is good. Need to improve on cleanliness and food. Very old construction and building but hotel was under construction during our stay. Complimentary water bottles not provided. Tariff is too high compared to service and other facilities. Incorrect location on the google map.

The hotel lodge is very decently placed, very close to bus stand and reasonable hotels etc the hotel staff was if not very courteous but we're ok to deal with. They should not get fixated by check time of 11am which is too early and need to be flexible. The room was ok but needs more focus on cleaning. The tv couldn't play many channels as they weren't subscribed. The bath room doors couldn't close. The hot water was ok. It's good for a short duration stay.

Staff was friendly, everything is neat and clean but there some lift civil work was going in building it was very much distance

Good location, veg restaurant nearby, good food, stay was worth the money, dedicated parking available for 2 cars. Bed and bathroom was clean, toiletries provided. Good for one day stay. There are lots of small shopping centres nearby. North indian restaurant nearby. Near to bus stand. I stayed with family and did not face any issues.

The hotel was very responsive and guided us very well. Nice staff. The room was good for pass by stay in highways

Surya hotel refused to give a room for my family even though i had informed them well in advance that we will reach the hotel late by 11. 00 pm

The hotel room and services are good but room ac was not working. It's good

The app allowed me to book a room for 5 pax. The hotel on arrival says that they did not see the booking by mmt and have given away the bigger rooms to walk in customers. They ask us to cancel at midnight
