poor cleanliness.small rooms,no hotwater,no towel provided,no intercom,no telephone,no wardrobe,tv is not working,

Very bad the rooms are very dirty

Overall its a good place to stay for short duration. Staffs are good and gentle. One think is, room maintainances should be little better

The only pro about this place is its a few hundred metres from the highway. The rooms are extremely small and constricted. The dressing table was unclean. There were cockroaches in the room. There was ac in the room but it doesn't work. There is no mirror in the bathroom. No towels provided. Obviously don't expect hot water after a day long ride/drive. Book it if you have no other option.

We stayed from 11pm to 8am while transiting to navi mumbai. Reception desk not manned. Towel and toiletries provided at 7 am. Ac did not work. On complaining at the time of check-out, refunded rs. 200. Service and attention to guests needs a lot of improvement.

It was a decent hotel. Feedback is to put good bedsheets and maintenance is required. Not advised for family and single women.

There is no hot water throughout the day. The room is small and just okay. Not worth the price. I was disappointed when i walked in the room. The flush was not working. The bathroom did not seem very clean either. Not at all suitable for a stay longer than a day.

We stopped here for a night's stay on the way to some other place. Lodge was easy to locate & had parking space. Room & bathroom was neat and clean. No frills or fancy. Our room n bed was a bit small and could not accommodate extra mattress for child. Not sure if all rooms r like that. We had complimentary bfast option as well, which we got early in the morning at 7 as requested. 24 hrs checkin. Overall value for money n no major complaints.

Staff is good. I stayed here for overnight, don't have high expectations. Though f

No hot water even after requesting for 2 hours. No towels no soap. Never ever visit this hotel. Booked 2 rooms but got only one room.

Frequent power disconnection. And too many mosquitoes in the room. The corridor was neat and good washroom could have been more clean.
