Review Of HOTEL SURAJ

Cleaning not done in the room, also very dirty bathroom and toilet seat, in our package there is with breakfast , but not provided by Hotel

It is not worth . The worst hotel I never seen AC is not working properly. Lot of smell in room.

The building is old. People were drinking in the floor. The exhaust space in washroom is open without any covering. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. No one came to pick the luggage up. Only positive is later few of our requests were delivered. Wouldn’t suggest for families to stay there.

A good hotel to stay in the middle of the town with car parking. Not providing complimentary breakfast despite charging was something which was never expected, terrible. Restaurant service was a bit slow.

The rooms are good but the fan was making a lot of sound in 410. Other amenities are good. Staff are very polite. Breakfast is good. Washroom should be improved. Other aspects are good! It was nice experience and awesome staff the stay was totally super and also please keep more available rooms

Having lot of mosquitos beds are not changed with washed covers. No hot water room smells with cigarette smokes complimentary breakfast is very poor.

Bad choice don’t book this hotel, rooms are unhygienic very bad service bathrooms are terrible better book other hotel

The hotel was good, and break was also so good and many items, but the hotel management have to check the details in clear

Tv is not working. Hot water is available only when it is hot outside due to sun bed sheets were not tidy. We are exhausted after a fully day drive and has no choice at night, so continued the stay for the night.

Worst room with fungus on the wall and dirty atmosphere, huge rats were running in the room in night. Phone was also not working to complain, non responsive staff

An average hotel and can give max 3 rating. No hot water, towels are having marks even though washed. No proper handle for wash basin tap, tv not working in both rooms, beds are smelly. Due to no usage for long or might be due to sanitisation. Now coming to pros: lift, ac, very few people are there so no worries about social distancing, center of the city. Staff behaviour also good.
