the good 1. room was clean enough. ac worked. 2. the bellboy was helpful the bad 1. the reception people were grumpy. overall other than the bellboy, service is not their strong point. 2. when we asked if we can get a non-smoking room the person said yes. but, when we entered the room i saw an ashtray on the coffee table. 3. no parking. the cellar is small and badly designed. only 10 cars could fit. we had to park on the opposite side of the road near a park. 4. coffee was way too sweet. tea was bad. we didn’t dare try the breakfast buffet. no breakfast room service. will never stay there again.
