Room is not clean even inside of room there is insect small ants are there which effects my sleep cycle

I find location good enough and restaurants serve a good food but car parking is bit problematic

The room was dirty, curtains were stained. Bathroom was pathetic, the comode and washbasins were unhygienic. A small bucket kept in the bathroom was again' badly stained. Geyser was leaking. Room service was pathetic. No food tea available before 8 am.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. No one was available to pick up the phone at the reception whenever I called, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Getting drinking water delivered to the room was a struggle, and the room itself had a continuous smell of smoke, as if it had not been cleaned properly before my stay. Basic toiletries were not provided, and to make matters worse, the AC was not working properly. For the price charged, these issues are unacceptable. I strongly request a refund as the services promised and expected were not delivered

Cleanliness & hygiene condition is pathetic. The washroom was very very bad. At the maximum time you will not get a proper water supply in the room. In the washroom Water pressure is very very low. Breakfast was ok. They Need look after the washroom part. Also need to renovate the Hotel.

It was the worst hotel i have ever been, everything was so dirty, even the jetspray in bathroom didn’t work.

it's agood place, clean and spacious room. Staff are good and helpful. I didn't relish food of course being a south Indian. Balance all very good. I suggest you can happily book room in this hotel without any worry. Krishnaji Hyderabad

Only floor looks cleaned, all the other things are not clean. But the persons working there are all Good

It was a good stay in su pins a itanagar hotel is located opposite to secretariat and hotel staffs are very helpful in arranging any support required for taxi for local travel also the food quality is good and rooms were clean

this is the condition of the rooms in su pinsa 👆🏻. extremely bad room service , the complimentary food is only restricted to basic items, whereas the menu book has a lot of complimentary breakfast listed in it

Terrible stay water not coming and every time they say pressure is not there in tank many other rooms staff were complaining but no solution for last 4 days actually they are having good booking so they don't care about service
