Suggested not to visit in summers, too hot climate and don't have proper fans as well as voltage is very low. Fans speed is very low that 5 tables are not enough to cool down a single room. Next is for the service, they don't provide food in the rooms and we have to sit in the common dining place where lots of insects are there due to which eating meals are also quite difficult.

The stay was nice and clean. But they did not provide any drinking water and bathsoap.

They don't give you any partial or full refund in case of emergencies . My grandmother died 1 day before check in, when I told the owner about my situation he refused to believe and offer any kind of partial or full refund..

Our stay in okegiga homes was a great experience. The splendid view and heartwarming environment of the venue was it self a bliss. The friendly staff and the hospitality was one of the best. Moreover having stayed in the bamboo cottage was a first time and a must try experience for me.

No drinking water was provided and everything was charged. No hot water was available. Very basic setup with bed and a small bathroom

The stay was awesome. The host and the cook was also well behaved. The food was very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot. They even arranged for a bonfire and it was all fun.

Overrated. The property was small. The rooms have just the basics. Not even a shelf or cupboard to store things. The food over there was decent and chef rink y accommodates our different needs. Toiletries (just 2 soaps) available only when asked. Overall, the facilities need a little improvement to be considered a good stay.

Beautiful place in nature's lap. Just a small walk from lo-hit river, this place is a dream come true for people looking for nice peaceful stay at majuli. It is well maintained and clean overall. I liked the cottage we were in. Pros : very helpful and courteous staff and owner. Online payment available. Clean rooms, many different cottage options. Good food. Reasonable cost and good options for food. Mosquito nets provided. Clean linen. Overall a great place to stay. Made with beautiful taste, the garden and seating outside is super. Lots of birds visit the place, so if you love birds you will enjoy the place. Cons: the floor and wall gaps could be sealed. The mattress on the bed could be better. A hot water kettle can be kept as an option, maybe in the dining area itself.

Location is excellent. Everyone from the kamalabari ghat knows the route to the guest house. Extremely peaceful and refreshing weather. Lo-hit river flows by the side. Natural view and calmness is extremely enjoyable. The food is very tasty and the cook is very efficient.
