All over experience was good

Food was good, location also better but entrance is very bad must be change.. Staffs were very good, facilities should try much better.. & 1st change the entrance with 24 hrs lift facilities...

I have booked from 15 to 16. But the hotel authority counted their booking from 12 PM to 12 PM.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The "hotel" (and I use that term loosely) is located in an incredibly sketchy part of town. I felt unsafe just walking from my car to the lobby. Forget about venturing out after dark – you'd be taking your chances. As for amenities? Absolutely NONE. No gym, no pool, not even a sad little coffee maker in the room. The Wi-Fi was non-existent, and the TV seemed to only get two fuzzy channels. It was like stepping back into the dark ages, but with a much higher risk of getting mugged. The room itself was depressing and bare-bones. The only "view" was of a brick wall and a dumpster. Save your money and your sanity – sleep in your car if you have to, it would genuinely be an upgrade from this dump.

A good value-for-money hotel located right in the middle of the commercial area. The staff was responsive and courteous.

Very easy to locate. At this price point, it was a decent room but no geyser. Breakfast for only one occupant. I had to pay 200 extra.
