No room service, no fresh towels, no toilet paper, no customer service of any sort quality comparable to that of a 1000 rupees room.

There was no shower in the Bathroom and the mirror in the bathroom was very old and not clean. Location of property is good.

Good budget hotel. Got to know from MMT. Food Is good. Near the station.

I found the hotel on google map. Another family member who was on visit of toranagallu for same purpose booked the hotel through makemytrip. Cleanliness as well as the room service of the hotel was so poor. Despite of repeated requests hotel authority did not arrange cleaning citing lame excuse the cleaning staff only work in between certain period of time though i thought room service should be done twice in a day. The television was non functioning. The shower of the bathroom was non functioning. Today, in the morning of checkout there was no water situation in the hotel. At that time concerned phn no was also unreachable. Due to such horrible situation, the scheduled work hampered. In such bad experience i must tell the service and food of the restaurant were quite satisfactory.

Mm t is a fraud. Charged almost rs. 1000 more than what we would have paid if booked directly with the hotel. And they claim all sorts of bogus offers.

Toiletry kit quality should be improve. Tea/ coffee kit should provide. Complementary breakfast must provide.

I found the hotel to be very nice or the staff also to be very social or friendly minded so should the staff or management so that i can stay there again and again. Thank you for providing a good service.
