Review Of Hotel Sitara Inn

The hotel room was good enough to stay but not that great And the washrooms are not maintained well, they are smelly. Hot water is provided only on specific times. Overall their maintenance was not that great

Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find the property in very poor condition, which was not at all reflected • The hotel appeared to be under renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. • The TV was not working. • Blankets were not washed/clean. • There was no mirror in the washroom. • Telecom facility was missing; for any service or order, I had to personally go to the reception. • The washroom was in terrible condition • The restaurant was closed / not accessible, making it impossible to avail basic food services. I had booked the hotel while traveling with two senior citizens and two infants, and these conditions made the stay extremely difficult. Due to the lack of basic amenities and unhygienic conditions, I had no option but to check out within 3 hours of checking in. This experience was highly disappointing and far from what was promised on your platform.

Not worthy, Rooms are very small, stinking blankets, taps are leaking, fans knob not working, hot water not 24 hrs

property was not available as mentioned in MMT also the provided number was wrong. I was struggling to find the new hotel at night for almost 2 hours I have booked an early hotel to my convenience but all happened like shit.

It was a family stay room and washroom was good Hotel cleanliness, services and staff behavior was very excellent. Overall it was an excellent stay. I will suggest to all.

Bedsheet was bad, room had basin in gallery nor in bathroom. No mirror to shave near basin. Room was uncleaned. No hot water. They gave me in buckets in limited quantity. When hot water came it was with dust particles. Towels were the worst like floor sweeping cloths. Good we carried our own towels. Very bad experience.

No lights in Washroom n our room was not used for Long time. We noticed worms in bathroom water.
