-everyone was sleeping when we reached, even no one was concerned to look us and assist. Ac was not properly working

Not for best and below average and location best

They don't have any quality of hospitality. Room is not clean. Tv is not working. They don't have water bottle. They don't have resturant. Staff is like dehari majdoor and don't have manner how to talk. Please remove this hotel from mmt.

Location is great but the hotel is not well maintained inside the room. Need to work on that. Otherwise good hotel overall.

The hotel is 700 metres away from Maihar railway station and 3.5 km from Sharda Mata temple entry. Price was little high, but in Maihar, there are very little options for a good hotel.

Hotel is very good but it needs maintenance. Also, there is no restaurant which creates a problem even for tea.

Reasonable hotel cost and nice staff behavior, very neat and clean, I recommend to everyone and giving 5 star.

If you can ignore dirty bed linen, bathroom cleanliness than you can stay here, location is good in concern with visiting the Maihar Devi temple.

Hotel location is Gud, staff is supportive. Overall value for money.

No service willingness from restaurant staff

No food in hotel. Only tea. Sometimes Tv not working. No exhaust fans working. Staff unwilling to repair. Toilets not cleaned. Extra bed provided was only a mattress with bed sheet and pillow. Overall costly hotel.

We stayed at Hotel almost 10 hours. And in these 10 hours, Hotel staff eaten up our 4 hours. Hotel staff was repairing ac and the staff was entering in our room many times. I couldn't go outside alone as my wife was not feeling it safe Side.
