Hotel Shyam Palace

Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. The size of the rooms are small it is difficult to accommodate any extra guest. It is good for 2 adults.

I stayed there in the month of November for 3 days. Hospitality and Management of the staff was up to the mark. Location of the property is super great.

Perfect place to stay in Maihar & walking distance from the railway station. Surrounded by the main market. Rooms were also very neat and clean The place also offers nice facilities like outstation cars, helping in booking ropeway tickets.

Non AC Room was not having proper ventillation. Geyser not working.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars to this hotel and its staff. We had the best experience, support, and hospitality. The staffs are very polite and helping natured. We stayed here with family during peak season in june, when all other hotels were demanding an additional amount for our stay due to high demand but shyam palace stick-ed with their ethics and served their best. I should thank the owner & staff for their excellent service and coordination. Also thanks for vehicle management staff (i don't remember his name. I strongly recommend this hotel for families/couples in maihar.

Highly recommended. Perfectly located and peaceful with easy walk to the market. The rooms very sparkling clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay and perfect sleep. The staff was very helpful and professional.

It was a nice and comfortable stay, service staff was very humble and polite. Room and dining area was clean and systematic . My Family also liked this property. Recommended to stay with friends and family.

Not suitable for Senior citizens. Only those wanted few hours stay aregood enough. No kitchen. So if someone wanted tea or coffee moke too much time

The location of the hotel is very good, it is near to railway station and bus station. The room which we booked in the makemytrip app was similar for the rest of the rooms. Staff is also not lazy, they do their work very well & listen instantly. Thanks to makemytrip & hotel shyam palace.
