Hotel Shyam Place is at Good location and facilities and food was also very awesome. Behavior of staff and owner is out of the box. Me and my family had a great stay at hotel shyam place. Regrads

Hotel is in the prime location, very near to railway station. Rooms are neat & clean. Staff is good, no dedicated restaurant.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars to this hotel and its staff. We had the best experience, support, and hospitality. The staffs are very polite and helping natured. We stayed here with family during peak season in june, when all other hotels were demanding an additional amount for our stay due to high demand but shyam palace stick-ed with their ethics and served their best. I should thank the owner & staff for their excellent service and coordination. Also thanks for vehicle management staff (i don't remember his name. I strongly recommend this hotel for families/couples in maihar.

Highly recommended. Perfectly located and peaceful with easy walk to the market. The rooms very sparkling clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay and perfect sleep. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Not suitable for Senior citizens. Only those wanted few hours stay aregood enough. No kitchen. So if someone wanted tea or coffee moke too much time

The location of the hotel is very good, it is near to railway station and bus station. The room which we booked in the makemytrip app was similar for the rest of the rooms. Staff is also not lazy, they do their work very well & listen instantly. Thanks to makemytrip & hotel shyam palace.

the rooms are cozy and even the hotel was pretty. if you are looking to go to a small, comfortable property you can surely consider this. price comes in mid budget under 1300 -1600 for an deluxe ac room.

We stayed in hotel shyam for 2 days. We had a great experience. Rooms were maintained well and our request for delayed complimentary check out was fulfilled as they had availability of other rooms. Staff was good. They even helped us with auto rickshaws. Overall a decent hotel for your stay near maihar railway station.

Himanshu as a person was very cooperative, the ambience of the property was very very good , and staffs were too cooperative

if you're traveling to maihar on a mid range budget, this hotel is a hidden gem! a clean, comfortable stay and is located super close to all major tourist spots like maa sharda temple, icchapurti mandir, art ichol. the staff was polite, the room was decent, and you really can't ask for more in this price range. perfect for families.
