Kasturi hotel and Restaurant

It was nice stay . Food was fine.The owner Mr Anil Agarwal is a nice gentleman and he comes daily to solve the small problems (if any)of tourists. Although I faced no issue there. A minor problem of intercom was there which I informed owner and he took it seriously.

Too good to stay here good room and very clean and no disturb in the hotel good food

no cleanliness, cockroach in kettle bathroom was dirty, plugs not working

Food Quality was Good. Room Was Good. AC Not worked. Lighting is Average. Stay was Good But Need to improve

I booked a family room for 6k per night. But it was a very small room normally meant for 1 bed but they have fitted 2 beds and for this price point it was disappointing.

Food was very good and all the staff were really helpful and were ready to help in all situations.

Stay at The Kasturi was really good, stayed there along with my Pet and they managed everything efficiently. Host Mr. Aishwarya and his team are really doing great job. Must try if you are looking for hassle free and good stay.

The hotel charge 20% for room service for food..

Hotel is decent but online rating is too high..Staff are cooperative but facilities are not upto the mark....

It was nice staying at the Kasturi. Staff was polite and ambience was delightful. Food was delicious and lift was working fine

The door opens in balcony was unable to locked. the latch was defective, at 3:30 am it opened by wind. Couldn't sleep whole night. The tea kettle was not in room, we have to asked it.

Noice ambience sound was good deep down soothing music and reaturant food was awsome. Must try paneer 65

Went for darshn. Too much crowd because of weekends . Checkout timing is 11 but managed to extend till 1 complimentary with the owner gesture.

Overall good experience. Auto available. Rooms were clean. Rooftop not working right now till 1st april. Lift working. Roads are not yet completed so dust issues

The services of Hotel needs bit more customer friendly, as we reached on midnight the sole person at reception was sleeping and we had to wake him up for check-in as well as there was no one to serve water in room till morning 6am. Further the room ambience, fixtures and paint also needs a better housekeeping to give you a feel of what you expect from a hotel charging per night for a triple bed room in a city like Maihar.

Autos are the easiest available options here anytime. Though it is not a very property but relatively nice compare to everything nearby in maihar. Few property available to us at same price but this is the only option near temple . Rest are very far around 4-8 kms .

Holistic property in this holy place of maa sharda. Close to temple . Good food and okayish ambience . Clean rooms and newly furnished washrooms

It was my a business trip. Rooms size were not too big . Breakfast was a la carte . Washrooms were clean . Wifi working
