it's not a hotel, it's a pure lodge. I believe cleanliness is an essential part of a comfortable stay. Parking also not available. mattress are too old, i think they have used since 1947

Good. Location and near railway station

Staff response was not good. I was told that hot water is available in room but it was not available. After follow ups i got the immersion rod. It becomes difficult when you have to proceed further in your journey.

So dirty and poor quality staff behaviour so bad

They said no room is left and they ask money if they don't get booking of us from his superior very rude behaviour by the staff.

Never book this hotel.

I refrain from criticizer attitude, but I must say do not stay here, bathroom was literally stinking like hell, you cant enter it.

Room was very small compared to what is being displayed at the time of booking. Not fit for 3 adults. Toilets were not clean. Damn dirty. Blanket provided was stinking. Door locks were pathetic. Just to add, we are looking for cheap cost but not at the cost of compromising the quality. Ordered a cup of tea but they served in a cup which was dirty. So we took our breakfast, lunch and dinner in another good restaurant. Overall, a very bad and pathetic experience. Thanks.

Hotel service is very poor. Maneger behavior is very ruf for clint not provide hotel hospitility like no bathroom no hand wash no towel in room hotel sheet very un clean and no provide clean blanket bed smell and parking facility also no available hotel site. Room, mattress, bed sheets, and toilet very dirty. Cockroach menace all over the room. Mineral water not available. Forced to stay due to odd time check in at 0100 am. Had to call MMT as they refused booking confirmation. They said their tie up with MMT was cancelled a month back. Total confusion. Surprised how MMT confirmed booking without tie up.

It was a very pleasant experience to Stay at Katni in Hotel Krishna, Room service is satisfactory, location is very approachable. Staff behaviour is very good. Personally manager help to sort out any kind of problem

This is my last booking from make my trip. Please arrange 100% refund of my money as the service, room and arrangements was very poor. There were insects in the bed. No person respond to us after so many reminders. I will also ask other persons to not to use MMT from next time. Fake promises is not at all acceptable.
