Review Of Hotel JK Palace

I had a very bad experience , I arrived around 2.30AM but needed to wait for 30 mins outside and asked to pay an extra Rs 200 (Already paid) ,as a compliment.But staying 30 mins outside in an unknown city is terrifying, Very bad experience in as it is my 1st visit to this state.

At a very tight place, over shops, no lift, bathroom shower broken, room was very noisy the entire night due to being in the market with no sound insulation. I can go on and on

I found it on google and it's a very bad property. Bad smelly room. Dirty bedsheets. No hot water in winter. No room service. Parking is pain in congested place.

Room is not clean properly bedsheet are not good tv is not working dusty room rest is fine not provide towels

No responsible attendent. Lot of irregularities. We stay at outside hotel till 12 what's the point to book hotel in the morning.

Excellent stay, and very nice hospitality, nearby katni junction station, near by main market place

Need to improve room maintaince properly, some cracked found in wall, need to maintain house keeping in washroom need to check water quality in washroom and maintain under spcb norms. Need to check all the locker after check out, some alcohol bottles found in room that is not good for non alcoholic person

I don’t suggest anyone to put 1000 bugs for this hotel! nearby area is not so great!

Nice stay

The hotel's location was very poor and the room provided by them was very bad. Bedsheets were not cleaned properly. The Hotel was also not clean and maintained. Images that you have shown online was not as we have seen there. It was totally different. It was not a good experience.

Location was excellent and easily approachable. The Hotel is newly inaugurated so everything was perfect. Staff were co-operative and courteous. Service was great. Overall everything was excellent. I would definitely visit again.
